Banners shown are previously made banners or examples unless noted as “Ready to Ship” which are premade/as is. All other banners are fully customizable to suit your needs. Banners are painted freehand and colors are matched as closely as possible to the digital proof - as a result, slight variations in color and design may occur. Our artistic style leans more towards cartoon than real life, so please keep that in mind when ordering. We do not do portraits. These are intended to be fun, colorful additions to your party, event, hall, classroom, etc. Due to the custom handmade nature of this product, refunds are not available. Please feel free to browse the internet - especially Pinterest - for design inspirations and feel free to email photos and screenshots to help us visualize what you would like.

Proofs will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. Please add info@Monopoliink.com to your safe list and check your spam folder. Payment is due in full before proofs are created and is non-refundable once proofs have begun. We are not responsible for any mishandling by the shipping carriers during delivery. If damage occurs during shipping, please take photos and contact the shipping company as well as Monopoli Ink to begin an investigation ticket.

Banners are generally produced within 14 days of order depending on demand, and shipped the day after completion. Please allow 3-7 days from shipping date for delivery and plan accordingly to receive by your target date. Any orders needed sooner will incur a rush fee. Please add the optional rush fee to your cart prior to check out to be moved up in the production line. Failure to do so will leave the order treated as normal.
